Indulge Wine & Food Festival—The Marmalade Sour Cocktail

Indulge 2025: A Weekend to Remember in St. Andrews

Indulge weekend is one of our favourite events of the year—and if you know Shannon-May, you’ll know it’s right up there with Christmas in St. Andrews! It always lands near her birthday (last year on it!), so it’s no surprise we go all in celebrating the season of food, drink, and joyful community.

This year was no exception. We loved welcoming so many of you—both familiar faces and new friends—into Marmalade during the 12th annual Indulge Food & Wine Festival.

On Friday night, during Taste of St. Andrews, we served our signature Marmalade Sour—a bright, citrusy twist on a gin sour created just for the event. It was an instant hit! Then on Saturday, we poured sparkling Glitter Mimosas during the Wine, Beer & Spirits Trail, which brought a little extra sparkle to a very special weekend. (You loved them so much, we completely sold out of our Glitter Mimosa Mix—but don’t worry, we’re already working on restocking it for the holidays!)

Special thanks to Charlotte Burhoe for bringing such fun and fabulous energy to both days—she’s a gem and a dream to collaborate with. And of course, a heartfelt thank you to Tressa Bevington and the entire Indulge team for organizing such an incredible weekend year after year. We’re already counting down to 2026!
