  • Order Processing: We will ship out online orders during regular business hours and within 72 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed on Fridays and over the weekend will be shipped the following Tuesday. 
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Oversized Letter Mail: These orders will be sent without tracking.
    • Standard Parcel: These orders will include tracking, and a tracking number will be provided to you.
  • Shipping Notifications: All customers will receive a shipping notification once their order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery Times: Typical delivery within Canada is 3-9 business days.

Return Policy

We aim to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

  • Return Window: Returns of online orders must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@marmaladeboutique.ca with your order details and the reason for the return.
  • Shipping for Returns: While we do not charge a restocking fee, customers are responsible for shipping any returns back to our shop.
