Shipping Policy

At Marmalade, we know how special it is to be waiting on something you’ve chosen with care—whether it’s for your home or a meaningful gift. We take just as much care in preparing it for its journey to you.

Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (or within 48 hours), based on our current store hours. During especially busy periods or special events, processing times may be slightly extended—we always do our best to keep things moving as quickly as possible.

Shipping Carriers
We ship with trusted Canadian carriers including Canpar, FedEx, and UPS. In some cases, we may use Canada Post when it offers the most efficient or reliable option for your order.

While we prepare your order promptly, we are dependent on our carrier partners for scheduled pickups and delivery timelines.

Shipping & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped with tracking, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery times typically range from 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location within Canada.

Please note that once your order has left our shop, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or service delays beyond our control.

Standard Return Policy:

At Marmalade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item(s), we're here to help with our hassle-free return policy.

For both in-store and online purchases, returns for a full refund can be made within 7 days of the original purchase date. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can return your item(s) within 30 days for an in-store credit.

If you discover that your item is defective, you can return it within 90 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

Please note:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with any original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (ideally the receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Certain items may be exempt from our return policy, such as perishable goods or items marked as final sale.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error was made by Marmalade.

Sale items:

All discounted items are final sale.

Holiday & Christmas-themed items:

Seasonal items follow our regular exchange policy and are final sale after purchase, as these products have a limited selling season.

Holiday Exchange Policy:

We’re happy to offer exchanges on regular-priced, non-seasonal items until January 15th for gifts purchased for the holiday season. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a gift receipt or proof of purchase.
