Marmalade's Return Policy

Holiday Exchange Policy:

We’re happy to offer exchanges on regular-priced, non-seasonal items until January 15th for gifts purchased for the holiday season. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a gift receipt or proof of purchase.

Holiday & Christmas-themed items:

Seasonal items follow our regular exchange policy and are final sale after purchase, as these products have a limited selling season.

Standard Return Policy:

At Marmalade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item(s), we're here to help with our hassle-free return policy.

For both in-store and online purchases, returns for a full refund can be made within 7 days of the original purchase date. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can return your item(s) within 30 days for an in-store credit.

If you discover that your item is defective, you can return it within 90 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

Please note:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with any original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (ideally the receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Certain items may be exempt from our return policy, such as perishable goods or items marked as final sale.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error was made by Marmalade.

Sale items:

All discounted items are final sale.
