Return Policy

At Marmalade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item(s), we're here to help with our hassle-free return policy.

In-Store Purchases

  • Full Refund: Returns for a full refund can be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Store Credit: If you prefer, you can return your item(s) within 30 days for an in-store credit.
  • Defective Items: If your item is defective, you can return it within 90 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

Online Orders

  • Processing: Orders will be shipped within 72 hours during business days.
  • Shipping Options:
    • Oversized Letter Mail: Sent without tracking.
    • Standard Parcel: Includes tracking, and a tracking number will be provided.
  • Delivery Time: Typical delivery within Canada is 3-9 business days.
  • Returns: Returns for online orders must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order. To initiate a return, contact us at admin@marmaladeboutique.ca.
    • Full Refund: Returns for a full refund can be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
    • Store Credit: If you prefer, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order for an in-store credit.

    • No restocking fee is charged, but the customer is responsible for shipping any returns back to us.

General Conditions

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with any original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns.
  • Exemptions: Certain items may be exempt from our return policy, such as perishable goods or items marked as final sale.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns, unless the item is defective or an error was made by Marmalade.
