Created in collaboration with Ganong Bros. Ltd and Garden by the Sea, this signature blend pays tribute to one of New Brunswick’s most iconic confections—Chicken Bones Candy. Invented in 1885 in nearby St. Stephen, Chicken Bones are beloved for their cinnamon candy shell and bittersweet chocolate centre.
This black tea blend captures the magic of that familiar flavour, with bold cinnamon spice, rich chocolate undertones, and a sweet, fragrant finish. It’s a playful, comforting cup with deep local roots.
